Kyle decided to start my training a little early...I got up this morning to a protein shake and something similar to "gentleman start your engines"...lol. He had me do tons of bicep and tricep exercises with the curl bar, plus shoulder work with the medicine ball. To finish everything off I did about 100 crunches...I
am already sore. He said that is nothing compared to how I will feel tomorrow. I don't even think I can hold and play with my favorite toy...that's the biggest bummer. I'm going to get some Advil to make the soreness go away, because I'm horny and I want an orgasm to get me going.
