
Panic attacks...have any of you ever had one? I had several major ones this past week while traveling. I have had them in the past, but it had been awhile and I forgot how crappy they were. I was able to get some medicine to calm them down, but it was recommended to me to try yoga and meditation exercises, as well as stay with a regular exercise routine. I guess when you get so busy that you forget what your name is...your body just has to find a way to slow you down. Well it certainly got my attention and I promised myself that I would begin to be better to me.
I'd love to hear from any of you that have or have had panic attacks, and what you do or did to keep them under control or chase them away all together. We have to stick together right? I would be open to any and all suggestions.
