One more day until Thanksgiving. While watching the news this morning I was thinking there are so many people in the world that need the "giving" part of Thanksgiving. The explosion in MA at the chemical plant this morning destroyed nearly 100 homes and injured several people...the school bus crash that killed four teens and injured many others...the families of service men and women that have been killed or injured...all the other countless people and their families that have suffered hardships this year. Please take a minute not only to remember them in your thoughts, but to take action and do something for them. Maybe invite someone to join your Thanksgiving dinner, donate clothes, supplies or other necessities to the local Red Cross or Salvation Army. Anything, even something small, will be so appreciated and will mean so much to those in need. Remember all the things that you have to be thankful for and reach out to others to help them feel thankful as well.
