I woke up this morning expecting to see either rain or snow here, but it's still dry as a bone. The forecasters have been calling for precipitation this week, but we're still waiting for the storm system to come in. The ski resorts are struggling because we've gotten so little snow this year. All the skiers that I have seen say the slopes are just icy, and the sking is not good at all. Down in the valley, they need the rain because everything is so dry and dusty. People that have lived here for a long time are already worried about the summer, and potential draughts and wildfires. The rest of the country seems to have gotten more rain or snow than they ever do, so...you guys do a little "precip" dance for all of us in Nevada. We really need it.
