It's a blustry Tuesday afternoon here in Northern Nevada. It's gone from 90's and hot to 64 and extremely windy. We've already had several fires in the area, and it's only the beginning of the season. There are also severe storms back in my home state too. It's a day of unrest.
I'm here at the Ranch, but am very ancy to be somewhere else. It's extremely slow here today and I'm very bored. I've done all my computer work, caught up some paperwork, made a few phone calls and it's not even 5pm yet. I'm hoping either for some fun to come walking in through the door, or to be able to break out of here for a few hours to grab a cup of coffee and hit the bookstore. You know I don't like shopping, but I do love browsing the bookstore for new finds. I've started on a new one, but it's made me want to do more research and I need to pick up a couple of books to go with it. Have you all read "PetroDollar Warfare"? It's very technical, but soooooo eye-opening. The more I read it the more amazed I am at how our recent past is truly effecting our present. If you haven't read it, I highly recommend it and if you have, then you know what I mean already.
Oh well....I guess I'll stop bitching and get up and find something else to do. My room could use re-arranging, so I'm off to it.
