One of my projects lately is to pick a couple of words a week and really study them and come to understand how they applies to me or my life. The Webster's dictionary defines the word "WONDER" as 1. a feeling of puzzlement or doubt; 2. to be filled with curiosity or doubt.

I learn everyday how important it is to discipline my mind. I wake up each morning and purposely tell myself to begin focusing on what I need to do. I'm sure I'm not the only one who wakes up or goes to bed with a million things on my mind all swirling around. I know that I can't discipline myself to complete a project if I can't discipline my mind and keep it on what I'm doing...one thing at a time.

I am coming to learn that I am much better off to do something positive and focus on one task at a time than to just wonder all the time about everything imaginable. Wondering leaves a person in indecision, and indecision causes confusion. Live in the moment and take one moment at a time. You can't live in what you should have done yesterday or what you need to do tomorrow. Focus on the here and now and the rest will fall into place.
